The Next Generation
These puppies are NOT for sale. They are our breeding lines for future generations. However, you can get an idea of what our dogs look like from the pictures. If there are puppies for sale, their pictures would be under Litters.
River Bear Robert’s Mr. McKey or Mac is just about to start his show career. He’s six months old. Mac is Bess’s son. He loves to tussle and play tug-o’-war. He and his sister, Ros, will grab hold of one toy and walk as a team all over the yard.
River Bear McKey’s Rosalind is a daughter of Bess. She and her litter mate, Mac, keep things active here at the house. Ros is a sweetheart but she can get in just as much trouble as her brother. Both can reach the top of the counters with no trouble. In fact, Ros seems very partial to avocados. We had four on the counter then there were none. Just Ros licking her chops.
River Bear Franklin is Patsy’s son. He’s our youngest, born the last of September 04. Franklin does not let his small size get him down. He plays with the big dogs! He’s in the middle of everything, and can’t wait until he can reach the counter.
River Bear Roger is also a son of Patsy. He considers himself a lap dog. Dan wakes up at 4 am every morning to write and Roger is waiting for him. As Dan drinks his coffee, Roger is there to sit on his lap and warm him up.
